TalkTalk makes it free and easy to ditch unwanted calls

I’m a TalkTalk customer, and a happy and contented one at that, so I was quite pleased to hear the announcement today that it will be the first (and only) company to provide a range of tools to avoid those unwanted calls at no extra cost.

It’s always seemed a tad unfair to have to pay to keep those annoying callers off the line.

The offering will be to new and existing customers, and the full package of features will include the following (some services were already free).

The features will be available to all TalkTalk customers from January 19th, and TalkTalk has a guide to nuisance calls here.

If you’re with TalkTalk you can activate these services from Sunday by doing the following:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on ‘Phone & broadband‘ from the menu on the left
  3. Select ‘Manage Services
