Three has today added five new destinations for its Feel at Home offering, where users can avoid roaming charges by simply using their existing tariff, as if they were at home.

The new additions are:

  • Finland
  • France
  • Israel
  • Norway
  • Switzerland

Three will also be announcing more destinations later in the year.

To clarify how Feel at Home works, think of it is as you being classed as still being in the UK when you’re actually abroad.

So you won’t pay for incoming calls and can make calls to UK landlines and mobiles, send texts, or use data (if you haven’t exceeded your allowances – with data capped at 25GB per month for those with all-you-can-eat data) but will pay for making international calls – including calls made within the country you’re visiting.
