Vodafone gets in on reward scheme act with launch of VeryMe

Vodafone has launched its own loyalty reward scheme, in a scheme very similar to Three’s Wuntu reward scheme. It is available on pay-monthly, pay as you go and some small business plans.

The VeryMe offering will use machine learning to tailor deals to meet your individual tastes (basically, learning what offers you engage with over time), and everything is managed via the My Vodafone app.

The My Vodafone app (for Android and iOS) allows you to do things like view your bill, see your remaining data allowance, and make changes to your service. It also lets you perform speed tests and report network issues.

At launch, offers include two Odeon cinema tickets for £7 (standard seating, 2D only), which can be used on any day of the week, along with offers of free Costa Coffee, treats from Millie’s Cookies, Hotel Chocolat and Tesco, plus 15% off Interflora – and more.

As an introductory offer, users signing up for the scheme will also get a 2GB data boost.

According to Vodafone, a number of exciting festive offers will begin at the start of December and run throughout the month until Christmas.
