Razer announces its first phone, and it’s coming to Three UK!

Tonight at London’s Science Museum, Razer launched its brand new smartphone – built on the foundations of the Netbit Robin – a company the PC gaming and accessory experts acquired at the start of the year.

I was unable to attend the launch event, but you can watch the live streamed event below – and I have summarised the key features underneath. Suffice to say, while some of the looks might be familiar, an awful lot has changed under the hood.

Hopefully I’ll have a chance to look at it in the coming days, and it’s already known that Three will be selling the device exclusively in the UK (see their video below). The price on PAYG will be £594.99 (with minimum £10 add-on) and various prices on contract.

Pre-ordering opens on the 3rd November with phones shipping on the 17th. Three will sell exclusively in the UK, Ireland, Denmark and Sweden.

Meanwhile orders via Razer’s online store can be made from today, with shipping on the same date (17th November).
