Went in for a look at the Note 10 last night.

Why is there a Note 10 and a Note 10+ and a 5g Note 10+. Answer is our customers wanted separate models.

Asked why the Note 10+ was so expensive at £999. Answer was that customers are asking for more things to be put in the phones so that's why the prices go up every year. Oh yeah, like the headphone jack ..... silence.

So why is the 5g model another £100 on top at £1099 when really it could have been included in the normal Note 10+ Answer is that the 5g model needs a faster processor to support 5g and that's why its more expensive.

Needless to say I never bought one.

I thought CPW were still involved in the Samsung stores but I see they are now run by Peter Jones’s company, Partner Retail Services.

How are these other stores set up in relation to the new one at King's Cross?

The one in Edinburgh is primarily a retail unit with a repair service at the back.

Same as Newcastle, but I suppose only being pseudo-Samsung is why the staff aren’t that clued up on the new models.

Bizarrely, if you buy something from Samsung you can’t return or exchange it at the “Samsung” Experience stores.
