Camera Test: Huawei P10 vs Huawei P9 vs Huawei Mate 9 (day)

At last, the daytime photos I promised from my group test, comparing Huawei’s P10 with last year’s P9, and also the Mate 9 (which on paper has an identical camera set up to the P10).

I’ve also added some videos, some 2x hybrid zoom shots and panoramas.

This time I also threw in another phone I was carrying, as a reference, in the form of the Wileyfox Swift 2X, a £210 phone that comes with a 16-megapixel Samsung camera.

The P10 and Mate 9 each offer a ‘lossless’ 2x zoom, and now the phones also come with 10x zoom, but the loss of quality (even with a tripod) is too great in my opinion to warrant proper testing.
