Nokia launches an affordable tablet it hopes will go big this Christmas

Nokia has today entered the tablet space with the launch of the sub-£180 T20, which also comes with a 4G-enabled variant for just £20 more.

The T20 tablet comes with a 10.4-inch 2K-resolution display, stereo sound, 8,200mAh battery and a promise of two years of Android OS updates.

Powering the tablet is a Unisoc Tiger T610 SoC, with Wi-Fi 5 connectivity and an optional 4G modem. There’s 4GB of RAM and 64GB of expandable storage (via microSDXC cards).

The company is also offering two protective covers, starting at £39.99 for the rugged cover and rising to £49.99 for the flip cover.

However, for early adopters who purchase either cover during the first three week period of sale, there is a 50% discount.
