OnePlus intros new devices in Milan, including a return of the metal unibody smartphone
OnePlus held its Italian event today to launch the OnePlus Nord 4, OnePlus Pad 2, OnePlus Watch 2R, and OnePlus Nord Buds 3 Pro.

London, UK – 16 July: OnePlus, a leading technology brand, today unveiled four new products at its Summer Launch Event held in Milan, Italy. The products include the only 5G metal unibody smartphone in existence and a new flagship tablet, as well as affordable earphones packed with professional level technology and a new smartwatch, lighter than ever and featuring revolutionary battery life.

OnePlus Nord 4
OnePlus Nord 4 is the only metal unibody smartphone in the 5G era. OnePlus has revived a lost art of smartphone design by making several technological breakthroughs, using its Never Settle spirit to break the rule that the many antennas needed for a 5G smartphone meant metal unibody phones were impossible to create. From building antennas that are 50% smaller than before but just as efficient,
to creating a colourway that features 28,000 nano-laser cuts, OnePlus Nord 4 truly breaks the mould.
As well as a groundbreaking design, OnePlus Nord 4 also features flagship level hardware like the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor and up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage. It also packs a 50-megapixel Sony main camera sensor and a
5,500mAh battery, the largest battery ever used in a OnePlus Nord phone. This battery is also equipped with 100W SUPERVOOC technology which means it can go from 1-100% in just 28 minutes and give you five hours of Netflix viewing with just a five-minute top up.
OnePlus Nord 4 is available in three arresting colourways, known as Nordtones. The first Nordtone is Obsidian Midnight, a classic brushed gunmetal design. which is dark and understated but projects strength and permanence. The second Nordtone, a matte silver variant called Mercurial Silver, features a 2D laser etched design which was created using more than 28,000 precise laser strokes. The final Nordtone, Finally, Oasis Green, was revealed at the event has a unique two-tone colour scheme which looks vibrant and colourful, guaranteed to catch your eye.
OnePlus Pad 2
The OnePlus Pad 2 features an industry-leading Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 platform, an exclusive 12.1-inch large 3K display and six stereo speakers. Working in tandem with
the incredible hardware and OS setup to truly revolutionize user efficiency is a set of powerful AI features on the OnePlus Pad 2. Through the AI Toolbox, users can accelerate their workflow by having AI Speak read text aloud while multitasking, call on Recording Summary to instantly summarize and condense information from long passages of text into key points, and open up AI Writer for help creating original content based on image and text prompts.
