Xiaomi Mi Note 10 comes to the UK: 108-megapixels from £459

Announced last year in China, the Mi Note 10 has gone on sale in the UK as of now. It will be available in a range of colours, with pricing starting from £459.

The Chinese version of the pro variant has already received a great DxOMark rating, and now you’ll be able to enjoy the same performance and features on the UK released model.

Powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 730G SoC (the same chipset as the Oppo Reno 2), the Mi Note 10 comes with no less than five cameras, a massive 5,260mAh battery, and a large 6.47-inch 3D curved AMOLED display with in-screen fingerprint sensor.

MIUI 11, built on top of Android 10, brings a new design and upgraded features with unnecessary interface elements and visual clutter removed, as well as a customisable always-on-display (AoD) with dynamic sound effects that resemble abient sounds of nature.

If the large battery isn’t enough to keep you going for a full day or more, the phone also comes with a 30W fast charger to get you back up to speed in no time.

Camera

Of course it’s the camera that is the primary focus (sic) of the Mi Note 10, and what a package it is, with a 108-megapixel Samsung ISOCELL Bright HMX main camera, 5-megapixel telephoto camera (5x), 12-megapixel telephoto (2x), 20-megapixel wide-angle camera, and finally a macro camera.

With the combination of cameras, the Mi Note 10 offers a range of zoom levels up to 50x. The 5-megapixel 5x telephoto lens is equipped with OIS and a f/2.0 apeture to cope better in less than perfect lighting conditions.

The camera also comes with an all-new night mode, RAW capture, a professional mode and ShootSteady video for smooth video recording. Video supports both 4K resolution and 960 frames-per-second macro slow-motion.

On the front of the phone is a 32-megapixel selfie camera.
