Xiaomi Fan Festival 2020 offers huge discounts and daily surprises
One good thing about manufacturers with large online communities is they’re often rewarded with special discounts and promotions.
Here it’s the turn of Xiaomi to reward fans with special discounts as the company celebrates its tenth year anniversary. This can amount to massive savings for those who act quick and get involved.
Pricing is already pretty competitive (just look at the recently announced things like the Xiaomi wireless routers, TV and air purifier) but there are even bigger deals to be had on handsets like the Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro, as well as Redmi handsets.
As part of its ‘Live smart, buy smart’ Mi Fan Festival (MFF 2020), running between April 7th and April 10th, the four-day sales campaign offers some extremely generous discounts and some surprises along the way.
April 6th marks Xiaomi’s tenth birthday, and now it is the world’s fourth largest smartphone brand. In February this year, it claimed to have shipped more devices than Huawei globally and went into third place.

Special Discounts
The new Mi Note 10 and Mi Note 10 Pro will be available on mi.com/uk with discounts of up to 20%.
The Mi Note 10 with 6GB/128GB is available for £369, down from £459.
The Mi Note 10 Pro with 8GB/256GB is down from £549 to £459.
Using coupon code MFF80, you can get a further £80 discount on spends of over £400.
For the Redmi Note 8 Pro, with two variants (6GB/64GB and 6GB/128GB) pricing is down to £149 and £179 respectively.
The Redmi Note 8T with 4GB/64GB is down to £129, while the Redmi 8 with 3GB/32GB or 4GB/64GB options will cost £99 and £109 respectively.
In total there are three coupon codes you can use: MFF20 for £20 off when spending £200 or more, MFF50 for £50 off a spend of £300 or more, and MFF80 that gets you £80 off a spend of £400 or more.
In addition to this, when you purchase any smartphone on the special event page during April 1st and April 9th, you can get a Mi Smart Band 4 for just £9.99 instead of £34.99.
Extra Surprises
A series of online sales games via the main Mi site is offering up surprise rwards every day throughout the fan festival, with the more likes awarded to product bringing additional discounts.
