Huawei launches affordable FreeBuds 3i

Hauwei has launched the FreeBuds 3i, an affordable set of earbuds that will retail for £89.99 when they go on sale next month.

The company says they offer “a premium audio experience with seamless connectivity at an affordable price point.”

There’s a new design and active noise cancellation technology, allowing for an immersive audio experience wherever you are.

Two outward facing microphones detect ambient noise to actively lower it by up to 32dB, as well as 6m/s wind noise reduction.

A third inward facing microphone receives voice conducted inside your ears to boost call quality.

“The Huawei FreeBuds 3i are our new wireless earbuds complete with our intelligent Active Noise Cancellation technology. We’re committed to offering our consumers the ultimate immersive audio experience, so they can enjoy music to the full, and have crystal clear conversations wherever they are.”

Anson Zhang, Managing Director of Huawei UK Consumer Business Group

Pairing with Huawei devices is seamless with a pop-up window appearing as soon as the charging case is opened.

Meanwhile capacitive sensors on the both sides allow double-tap control features, as well as intelligently pausing when the earbuds are taken out.

The FreeBuds 3i feature IPX4 water resistance, 10mm large dynamic drivers for powerful bass, and highly sensitive polymer composite diaphragms are tuned to deliver authentic and balanced audio.
