Anker launches PowerIQ 3.0 mobile charger with Quick Charge 3.0 and USB Power Delivery support

Anker has today announced its latest fast-charging technology, Power IQ 3.0, allowing its next generation PowerPort+ Atom III charger to fast charge Qualcomm Quick Charge 3.0 devices, as well as USB Power Delivery (USB-PD) devices, like modern laptops and most high-end mobiles.
The charger has a total output of 60W, which is enough to charge a laptop or Nintendo Switch as easily as a phone.
The latest charging technology is usable from the single USB-C port, but the charger also comes with a second USB-A port for charging secondary devices with Anker’s older Power IQ 2.0 technology.
Many high-end Huawei and Honor phone models support Power Delivery fast charging in addition to its proprietary SuperCharge protocol, making this a highly universal charging solution.
US customers can get the charger from May 8th for $42.99, while UK users will have to wait until the end of the month, when it will go on sale for £44.99.
An entire line-up of PowerIQ 3.0 compatible products will be announced in the coming weeks and months.
