Samsung Galaxy Z Flip gets 5G upgrade

Samsung has today launched the 5G enabled variant of the Galaxy Z Flip first launched in February.

The 5G model is available in mystic grey or mystic bronze (pictured) and brings additional speed to the folding phone.

The phone has a 3,300mAh battery, 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, along with a dual-camera setup that includes a 12-megapixel wide-angle camera and 12-megapixel ultra-wide angle camera with 123 degree field-of-view.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5G weighs 183g and when folded measures 73.6 x 87.4 x 17.4mm.

The main display is 6.7-inch with a resoluton of 1080×2636 pixels, while the exterior display is 300×112 pixels.

For the best YouTube experience, the YouTube with Flex mode allows you to watch a video in the top half of the display and scroll through the descriptions and comments in the bottom half. A four month YouTube Premium subscription is included*.

A similar Flex mode is available for the camera to allow you to use either the top or bottom half of the screen as a viewfinder, and tilt the camera to get the perfect angle.

Other split-screen features are also included, and the phone also supports Wi-Fi 6 and wireless charging.
