Moto G8 Power launched as Motorola celebrates 100m Moto G sales globally
Motorola has today launched the Moto G8 Power, the latest in the Moto G8 series, and packed with a huge battery.
With 5,000mAh on tap (1,000mAh more than other G8 models in the series), the phone can now allow up to 21 hours of video playback, or 188 hours of music streaming.
In general, Motorola boasts that the Moto G8 Power will give up to three days of ‘powerful performance’ on a single charge.
With a bloat-free install of Android 10, dual-stereo speakers with Dolby audio, a 6.4-inch Max Vision display, water resistance, and a quad-camera system (16+8+8+2MP), the Moto G8 Power offers an impressive specification that can now be enjoyed for longer between charges.
Chipset wise, the Moto G8 Power has a Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 octo-core processor with 4G of RAM, along with 64GB of internal storage and a memory card slot.

Motorola launched the first Moto G back in November 2013 (I was there).
Motorola has now sold over 100 million all around the world – an extremely positive endorsement.
The Moto G8 Power will go on sale February 20th at £219 from Amazon, John Lewis, Carphone Warehouse and Argos.
This is currently just £20 more than the Moto G8 Plus (which has a triple-camera setup, but a larger 48-megapixel main camera).
