Realme launches Realme 7 5G, Watch S and Buds Air Pro – plus up to £120 off on Black Friday
Realme has this morning launched more products, including the MediaTek powered Realme 7 5G, the Realme Watch S and Realme Buds Air Pro.
In addition, there are a bunch of amazing deals for Black Friday, which are all detailed below.

First up is the new Realme 7 5G, a step-up from the Realme 7 I recently reviewed, and now priced equally (SRP wise) as the Realme 7 Pro.
Whereas the 7 Pro offers an AMOLED display and a higher megapixel primary camera, the 7 5G offers high-speed data connectivity, a higher refresh rate display, and larger capacity battery.
The Dimensity 800U chipset inside the Realme 7 5G is one of the first to support dual 5G, as well as all the important bands to ensure a great service on both 4G and 5G when using UK networks.

You can read my full Realme 7 5G review already, so there’s little need to talk much more about it other than to say that as part of Realme’s Black Friday deals, the phone can be purchased at a discounted price of just £229 (that’s £50 off its normal price!).
The Realme Watch S is also released, at a price of £74.99 and the Realme Buds Air Pro earbuds will set you back £79.99.

Realme is offering up to £120 off its products, via Amazon, until November 30th.
Please note that these deals don’t start until November 20th, or the 27th in the case of the Realme 7 5G.

Press Release
November. 19, 2020—London, UK—Today, the world’s fastest-growing smartphone brand, realme, unveils its Black Friday Real Deal launch event with not-to-be-missed discounts and three brand new products launching in the UK – the realme 7 5G, the realme Watch S and the realme Buds Air Pro. Always having had a reputation for unbeatable prices, consumers can now grab themselves an even better deal with up to £120 off realme products. The Black Friday Real Deal will run from the 20th to 30th of November and includes both brand new products and realme fan-favourite products.
Best value 5G smartphone – realme 7 5G – 5G for everyone
Launching first in Europe, ahead of a global roll out, the realme 7 5G will become the best value 5G phone this year, enabling and empowering everyone to access the 5G experience.
The realme 7 5G is priced at £279 (on sale from Nov 27th) but, with an additional discount for Black Friday, consumers can get the new device at £229 between 27th to 30th November (exclusively at Amazon) – a truly impressive price, especially for a 5G phone!
realme believes that 5G shouldn’t be a privilege limited to only high-end phones. The realme 7 5G extends the realme 5G offering. realme aims to popularize advanced technology and make 5G accessible for everyone.
On top of 5G compatibility, the realme 7 5G provides leap-forward performance with 1200Hz Ultra Smooth Display, 30W Dart Charge, 5000mAh large battery and a MediaTek Dimensity 800U powerful processor, making it a fantastic 5G all-rounder.
Enable Everyone to Leap to 5G Era
Being powered by MediaTek Dimensity 800U makes the realme 7 5G the first phone in the price range to break the 340,000 benchmarks in Europe. This processor is made using the 7nm process and is both powerful and efficient. It is also equipped with two high-performance Cortex-A76 cores at up to 2.4GHz and six high-efficiency Cortex-A55 cores at up to 2GHz, along with a Mali-G57 GPU.
Dimensity 800U also brings excellent network performance to the realme 7 5G. This is yet again another European first: the realme 7 5G is the first phone supporting 5G+5G DSDS in this price range in Europe. The smartphone also supports Dual 5G SIM, which means you can connect to 5G via either SIM card for a high-speed internet experience. It also supports 5G-CA (2CC 5G Carrier Aggregation) for a significant increase in performance and connection stability.
The realme 7 5G gets support for 12 main 5G bands around the world (n1, n3, n5, n7, n8, n20, n28, n38, n40, n41, n77, n78). This means that the realme 7 5G will deliver the fastest and most comprehensive 5G network experience.
Charge faster with 30W Dart Charge and 5000mAh Massive Battery
In today’s fast-paced world, the last thing we need is to be worrying about running out of battery. The good news is the realme 7 5G has a 5000mAh mega battery built in for ultra-long battery life. It also features 30W Dart Charge, enabling 50% charge in 26 minutes. The realme 30W Dart Charge adopts low-voltage and high-current solution, making it both safe and efficient.
Upgraded 120Hz Ultra Smooth Display
The refresh rate of the realme 7 5G has been upgraded to 120Hz, an increase of 33.3% when compared to the realme 7. A higher refresh rate will bring a smoother visual experience in normal usage as well as during gaming. It features a 6.5” size with punch-hole and achieves a 90.5% high screen-to-body ratio. All this makes it a perfect choice for gaming fans.
For information security, the device adopts the Side-fingerprint sensor, integrating fingerprint recognition with the border button together.
Best-in-Class Noise Cancelling with the new realme Buds Air Pro
Today, realme also launched the realme Buds Air Pro, the most advance earphones in the category, priced at £79.99 (on sale from the 3rd of December). The headphones are perfect for young people with busy lifestyles, with two microphones for active noise cancellation, both outside and inside the ear, with a maximum noise reduction of 35dB. From cancelling out office chit-chat or typing, to road noise or an aircraft engine, the realme Buds Air Pro filter out all background noise to give you the same level of noise cancellation as the industry’s best ANC headphones.
Dial it up with the realme Watch S
Another popular AIoT product, the realme Watch S also launched today, priced at £74.99 (on sale from the 3rd of December). The realme Watch S is equipped with a 1.3-inch round touch screen with auto-brightness and more than 100 custom watch faces. It’s durable and light thanks to its aluminum alloy body, silicone straps and Gorilla Glass cover. It carries an accurate optical sensor, supports heart rate and blood oxygen monitoring, and works with 16 types of sports. The realme Watch can be seamlessly paired with any android smartphones via the realme Link App to achieve a variety of remote controls and notification reminders. With IP68-level water & dust resistance, it is high-quality, easy to use and durable.
From December, the realme Watch S will be available to link with iOS for the first time ever, enabling consumers to link their realme Watch S to their iPhone.
