Oppo launches £39.99 fitness band with 12 workout modes and 12 day battery life
Oppo has added another wearable to its range, following the launch of the Oppo Watch last year.

The affordable fitness band can track everything from walking and running, to playing sport or doing yoga – so everything for the keenest athlete to the amateur just wanting to become a little healthier.
It will also track your heart rate (with warnings if it becomes too high), show your blood oxygen level (SpO2), and measure your sleep quality and health.

The Oppo Band comes with a black sport strap and charges in around an hour and a half via its supplied cradle. The battery is rated for up to 12 days use, which will vary depending on how intensive your usage is.
An accompanying health app allows you to easy check your progress, while the band will also let you receive messages and notifications on the 1.1-inch 126×294 pixel AMOLED display, manage music playback on your phone, and even control the camera by making the watch double up as a camera shutter release.
There are 40 different watch faces to choose from also.

“Staying active is one of the most important things we can do and after more than a year in lockdown, we’re all aware of the impact it has on not just our physical, but mental, well-being. The biggest challenge can be finding the motivation to exercise. Whether you’re au fait with all things fitness or just starting out on your fitness journey, consistency and monitoring your progress in the right way is key. That’s why we’re excited to be launching the OPPO Band, enabling users to stay engaged and motivated. Ahead of a long-awaited summer, the OPPO Band puts users back in the driver’s seat when it comes to fitness.”
