The Honor 4X was already an excellent value mid-range smartphone. Now it becomes even better value with €50 of in-game spending money to use on a selection of games from Gameloft.

The octo-core phone, with 13-megapixel camera, and 5.5-inch display now comes with in game credits that can be used to make purchases within the following titles:

  • Asphalt 8: Airborne
  • GT Racing 2: The Real Car Experience
  • Pastry Paradise
  • Brothers in Arms 3: Sons of War
  • World at Arms

The Gameloft app is already pre-installed on the phone, and full instructions will be given when loaded. A video has also been produced giving more details, but at time of publishing, it didn’t appear to be work.

However, here’s the video in case it is fixed.

You can read my full review of the Honor 4X and find out why I considered it better than the previous winner, the Moto G.

The 4X is currently available from Amazon in black for just £146.88, or £153.12 in white.
