Vodafone’s connected laptops range will free you from Wi-Fi hotspots and tethering on your travels

Do away with the need for a Wi-Fi connection, or tethering to a phone, with a laptop featuring integrated mobile data connectivity.

Vodafone’s new connected laptops section on its website starts out with the availability of three connected laptops from Samsung; the Chromebook Go LTE, Galaxy Book Go LTE, and the Galaxy Book LTE.

All feature integrated 4G connectivity, doing away with the need to find a Wi-Fi connection or use your own device to provide connectivity. Just take the laptop out of your bag, switch on and you’re instantly connected.

Battery life ranges from 13 to 20 hours or more between charges, and Vodafone offers plans starting from 2GB per month to totally unlimited.

The Galaxy Book LTE comes with a 15.6-inch Full HD display and pricing starts at £52 per month, the Galaxy Book GO LTE starting at £32 per month, and the Chromebook Go LTE from £26 per month. All these prices are for 2GB per month, with prices rising for 6GB, 25GB and unlimited data. There are also upfront costs on selected plans.
