Vodafone 5G launch: Two handsets and seven plans

Due to the ongoing situation with Huawei, and Vodafone’s reliance on the company for providing both network infrastructure, plus two of its originally planned launch devices, Vodafone postponed its 5G event this morning.
However, it still released its pricing for the remaining two handsets that will be available for use on Vodafone’s new 5G network; the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G (available to buy now, in advance of the switch-on) and the Samsung Galaxy S10 5G (available to pre-order).
The company has already spoken about the 5G service when it first announced the switch-on date as July 3rd, while yesterday saw the network update its website to allow customers to check 5G coverage, both now and planned in the near future.

Vodafone also announced a partnership with cloud-gaming company Hatch, offering a game streaming service that is designed with 5G, low-latency, data in mind.
The pricing for the two launch phones are as follows. Customers can choose from regular Red Extra plans or the Red Entertainment plans that come with a bundled package, such as Now TV or Spotify Premium.
